POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for the maintenance of confidential personnel files for both current and past employees, and the maintenance of the employee records in the Human Resources database. This position is responsible for tracking new hire paperwork completion. This position is responsible for processing Unemployment Compensation paperwork. This position is responsible for the managing the FMLA process. This position is responsible for completing employment verifications. This position monitors and maintains the employee evaluation process. This position must maintain the ability to interface in a professional manner with staff, recruits and other community entities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Human Resources Coordinator 1- High School diploma or GED required, associate's degree preferred and three (3) years' human resources or related experience.
Human Resources Coordinator 2- High School diploma or GED required, associate's degree preferred and five (5) years' human resources or related experience. Or bachelor's degree in a related field.
Human Resources Specialist 1- Bachelor's degree or comparable education and experience as determined by the organization. Seven (7) years' Human Resources experience.
Human Resources Specialist 2- Bachelor's degree or comparable education and experience as determined by the organization. Ten (10) years' Human Resources experience.

Journey Health Systems and Deerfield Behavioral Health are looking for a psychiatrist who is responsible to evaluate, monitor, and diagnose patients to determine treatment and recovery plans. Counsel patients, write prescriptions, and monitor patients' progress, while being compassionate and sensitive to their needs and concerns. Work with patients' primary physicians and/or social workers to continue recovery after treatment.
