Position Summary
The Recruitment and Retention Manager supports a team of Professional Development Specialist in training new staff and in supporting the implementation of trauma informed principles and practices to help promote staff development. This position is responsible for leadership in monitoring staff morale and in implementing necessary trainings, meetings and practices within the programs. This position is responsible for overseeing the coaching and development of new staff through on the job training during their employment.

- Individual must have 5 years MH/IDD experience.
- Must be certified SCM and Ukeru instructor or must become certified within 6 months following hire.

Position Summary
The Food Service Worker prepares and serves nutritious, family-style meals for residents and staff within Journey Health System's residential programs while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized food service environment. This role is responsible for preparing meals in accordance with approved menus, accommodating dietary restrictions and food allergies, following food safety and sanitation regulations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and Department of Education requirements.
The Food Service Worker plays a key role in supporting the health, well-being, and daily care of residents by preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing food inventory and deliveries, and promoting safe food handling practices. In addition to collaborating with supervisors and residential staff, the Food Service Worker helps create a welcoming dining environment while ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and efficient kitchen operations that contribute to the overall success of the residential treatment program.

This position provides consulting dietitian services to Residential Services, including dietary assessments, menu review, nutrition recommendations, resident education, and consultation with nursing and food service staff.

Journey Health Systems and Deerfield Behavioral Health are looking for a psychiatrist who is responsible to evaluate, monitor, and diagnose patients to determine treatment and recovery plans. Counsel patients, write prescriptions, and monitor patients' progress, while being compassionate and sensitive to their needs and concerns. Work with patients' primary physicians and/or social workers to continue recovery after treatment.
Deerfield Behavioral Health, an affiliate of Journey Health System, provides positive changes in children's and adults' lives. Deerfield employs a full spectrum of clinical experts including Psychiatrists, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs), Physician Assistants, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors and support staff.
We offer a unique blend of diagnostic, therapeutic, and contract behavioral health services, including outpatient mental health therapy for individuals, couples & families, Outpatient D&A abuse treatments, Psychiatric medication management & therapy, Psychiatric contracting services with psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, specialized residences, health centers & skilled nursing facilities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in biology, pre-med, physical sciences, psychology, or related field
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Successful completion of U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX-USA)
- Certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology; local state regulations and certifications, Continuing Medical Education (CME), and Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations requirements must be met
- Four-year psychiatric residency
- Participation in further medical education and professional organization memberships are preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal relations, communications, and demeanor
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 25-50% of the time.
