SUMMARY

The Assistant Dietary Manager will assist in directing and overseeing all aspects of food service for Journey Health System in the Bradford and Warren regions. This position assists in overseeing individual and group meal plans, monitors intake and acceptance of meals, snacks and supplements and ensures proper nutrition education is provided. This position assists in overseeing daily food service operations in a commercial kitchen for distribution of meals daily to health system clients in the Bradford and Warren areas, including cooking, plating, and delivery.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• This position requires an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 25-50% of the time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma and/or Food Service Experience
